Dear Customers,

Please be informed that we are committed to meet our obligations under the REACH regulation (EC No 1907/2006) and are aware of our responsibilities. We also follow the recommendations of the Association of Finnish Technical Traders.

We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure the registration of the substances that we purchase and import into the European Union. It is under the responsibility of the manufacturer and the importer to register the chemical substances; to identify all uses, to develop exposure scenarios, to recommend appropriate risk management measures, and to communicate all exposure scenarios down the supply chain via safety data sheets.

We are using a computer-based follow-up system for our purchased and imported products at the substance level. All the required pre-registrations of the substances we import into the European Union have been completed. It is under the responsibility of the non-Community manufacturer to provide each importer located in the European Union with the information necessary for the registration, or alternatively appoint an only representative established in the European Union to fulfil the obligations on behalf of the non-Community manufacturer.
