Aspo Group is reorganizing its operations and focusing more clearly on developing its principal business operations. As part of the structural reorganization, Kauko-Telko Oy will be divided into the independent companies Leipurin Ltd, Kaukomarkkinat Ltd and Hamina Terminal Services Ltd on 1 January 2009. Furthermore, Kauko-Telko’s industrial raw materials (chemicals, plastics and lubricants) will be merged into Aspokem Oy, which will become Telko Oy.
Aspokem Oy will be renamed Telko Oy on 1 January 2009, and as of that date, Telko Oy will assume responsibility for all obligations related to Kauko-Telko Oy’s raw materials sector. Any invoices and other official correspondence to us after the turn of the year shall be addressed to Telko Oy. Our new marketing brand will be Telko.
