HBO019
HBO019 fabric is beige in color and suitable for high temperature industrial applications. It is an easy to handle and flexible fabric suitable for welding protection.
Due to the heat treatment, caramelization, it does not contain organic binders and does not produce dust. It is a good insulator of electricity and heat.
Applications where high temperature flexible fabrics are needed, welding protection, fire protection curtains and temperature resistant textiles.
HBH005 E-glass
HBH005 fabric (grey/white) applications are in fire protection curtains, removable jackets, welding shields and hot application protection or in many other possible applications as part of a product, where it combines durability, flexibility, protective properties and high temperatures.
The PU coating acts as a weave lock, which makes it easier to handle and it catches welding sparks better and hot splashes do not fly around. It can be cut without fraying and is very resistant to moisture. It is well suited for industrial use where there are oils, grease or mild chemicals (no strong acids and bases)
Silica S600 VD2
Silica S600 VD2 fabric is designed for industries requiring protection against extreme temperatures and mechanical stress, safeguarding both people and equipment.
It is ideal for firefighting and hot work applications, providing protection against sparks, splashes, and molten metal where resistance to temperatures above 1000 °C is essential.
The fabric helps prevent fire spread and protects the surrounding environment. It is commonly used in molten metal filtration, high-temperature dust filtration, thermal protection for machinery and equipment, and as an insulating mat in furnaces and reactors operating at continuous temperatures above 1000 °C. Additionally, it is well suited for turbine insulation. Silica fabric offers excellent chemical resistance, except against hydrofluoric acid (HF), phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid (HCl), and the bases Mg, Na, and Si.
